Exchange for Change of Mind If you change your mind after receiving your order, we may allow an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Please note that change-of-mind requests are eligible for exchange only. Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise approved by SEEQUEENS.COM.
If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference. If the replacement product has a lower value, the balance may be issued as store credit or handled at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged during delivery,
• Defective due to a manufacturing issue, or
• Different from the item ordered,
please contact us within 2–3 days of receiving the product.
